Cherry Blossom 10-Miler

In the cold, drizzle, and wind, Chris and I ran the Cherry Blossom 10-Miler yesterday with 12,000 other finishers. This was our first race of the season and we did well. Chris finished in 1:42:17 and I finished in 1:29:47. It was a new course this year that started at the Mall and took runners through Hains Point and across a couple of DC bridges and had great views of the monuments and the cherry blossoms.

Our next race is Pike's Peak, a 10K in Rockville, MD on April 27.
