
Got in a good bike workout with the team on Saturday at
Prince William Park in Virginia. This is definitely a good place to go for hill workouts, as there are quite a few in the loop around the park. The hills surprised a lot of our teammates, as we've only been riding flat courses this season, but Binni and I knew what to expect, as we had been here before as part of Tahoe training (which was just the beginning for that season-- we later ended up riding up and down every mountain in Virginia, including Mount Weather). The bike ride was followed up by a 20' run and then a picnic. Next week, a practice triathlon on Saturday and the
GW Parkway 10 miler on Sunday...
